Arlene Schilke, CMP
Managing Partner

Arlene is the founder of TIMEWISE and a managing partner. She provides guidance and direction to our project managers and event coordinators to ensure excellence in the provision of our services. Arlene has over 20 years of experience in event planning, customer service and the hospitality industry. Arlene's main areas of expertise on our team are project management, registration services, budgets, timelines, program materials, speaker coordination and on-site management.

Arlene is an incessant reader with a keen interest in future trends. She studied at the University of Manitoba and actively pursues continuing education in event management. She is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), our industry’s most recognized certification.

Brent Taylor, CMP, CMM
Managing Partner

Brent is a managing partner and is responsible for our day-to-day business operations and the supports required for our projects. In addition to 8 years in full-time event management, he worked for 14 years as an audio visual technician, professional cameraman and technical producer. Brent's areas of expertise on our team are with project management and supports, online registration solutions, audio visual services, technology utilization, web design, supplier relations and our business operations.

Brent served two terms as President of the Edmonton Chapter of Meeting Professionals International (MPI). He is a member of the Event Leadership Institute (New York) Advisory Board, MPI International Membership Committee Advisory Council, and Corporate Meetings & Events (CM&E) Magazine Editorial Advisory Board. He is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and has received the executive-level Certification in Meeting Management (CMM). Brent is a graduate of Audiovisual Communications at Grant MacEwan University.

Gloria Milligan, MBA
Marketing Communications Specialist

Gloria is a founding partner of TIMEWISE who has a passion and penchant for marketing. She received her Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Alberta. Gloria provides marketing, communications and business expertise and has extensive experience in both private and public sectors. She also conducts research for economic and socio-economic projects.

Brittany Blize
Event Coordinator

Brittany joined the TIMEWISE team shortly after completing her Diploma in Event Management from the Art Institute of Vancouver. Brittany is one of our Event Coordinators with a strong focus on registration management. She truly enjoys sifting through large registration databases, managing registrants and administering documents.

David Banks
Technical Production Manager
Royal Alberta Museum Theatre Manager

David is our Technical Production Manager and has been working with our TIMEWISE team for eight years. He oversees our contract with the Royal Alberta Museum and all technical services for our events. David has two decades of experience working in audio visual and is an accomplished professional sound technician. He has toured nationally and understands the details involved in production management.

Stephanie Moizard, BHRM
Bilingual Services Specialist

Stephanie is fluent in English and French and is our Bilingual Services Specialist. She graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Hotel and Resort Management (BHRM). Stephanie loves people and events. She has an infectious smile, high energy and positive attitude. She ensures our bilingual services are delivered to a high standard.
